Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Ghosts Games, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) in the Netherlands (“Ghosts Games”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of the Ghosts Deal mobile application, our online game services, and ghostsdeal.com (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the higher age of majority where you live).
• You must not use the Service where social casino-style or simulated-gambling apps are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• One account per person unless we authorize otherwise.

3. The Service

Ghosts Deal is a social entertainment platform with real-time card games (Rummy, Fifty-One, Twenty-One, and related formats), friends, matchmaking, leaderboards, and virtual rewards. The Service is provided as available; we may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Simulated gambling and entertainment only

No real-money gambling. The Service is simulated gambling / social casino-style entertainment for app-store and regulatory purposes. All play uses virtual currency only. You cannot win real money, cash, cryptocurrency, or prizes of monetary value.

• Virtual coins and diamonds have no cash value and are not redeemable or withdrawable.
• Outcomes are for entertainment; success in the app does not imply success at real-money gambling.
• You must comply with local laws; do not use the Service where prohibited.

5. Bots and matchmaking

Tables may include computer-controlled players (“bots”) to fill seats or maintain pacing. Bots are not human players; their behaviour is governed by game logic. We do not guarantee that you can distinguish bots from humans in all modes.

6. Virtual currency & in-app purchases

The Service uses coins (earned) and diamonds (premium). Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable outside the Service. Purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play under their respective terms, and refund requests are handled by those platforms.

All purchases are final once delivered to your account, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Fair play & conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, automation, modified clients, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collude with other players to share information or fix outcomes.
• Exploit bugs instead of reporting them.
• Harass, abuse or impersonate other players or our staff.
• Attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
• Use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules and withhold any associated virtual currency.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, art, branding and content, is owned by Ghosts Games or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for non-commercial enjoyment only.

9. User content

If you post avatars, names or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content as part of the Service. You warrant you have the right to post it.

10. Third-party services

The app is distributed via Apple App Store and Google Play; purchases and refunds are subject to their terms. Advertising may be provided by Google AdMob under Google’s policies. Your use of those services may involve separate data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or particular game outcomes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Termination and account deletion

You may request account closure or deletion by emailing support@ghostsdeal.com or dpo@ghostsdeal.com from your registered email. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise (including the right to bring proceedings in your home courts where EU/EEA consumer rules apply).

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and posted here with the updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
